This chocolate shop is the brainchild of world-renowned chocolatier Dominique Persoone. These chocolates are a little rock ‘n’ roll and all artisan level sweetness. Known for their filled chocolates and single origin bars you could spend all day just looking at these little pieces of art.

See the delicious handmade chocolates being made right there in shop and you can even sign up for a workshop to try your hand at being a master chocolatier. The pralines are beautiful, delicious, and the perfect little tastes of Bruges. Filled with a variety of flavors the herb and fruit options balance their sweet outsides with the delicate flavors inside.

This small family-owned shop sells handmade truffles, pralines, and other chocolates along side cookies and gingerbread. The other must-try is the “pick your own hot chocolate”.

One of the newer shops on the chocolate scene, Chocolates and Happiness has already started making their mark. The delicious chocolates and the bright colors will definitely make you happy.

This tiny shop is stacked with all sorts of chocolates, but be prepared to rely on the staff to get your chocolate fix. The product isn’t labeled and some of the staff can be less than enthusiastic about answering your questions, but the chocolates are high quality and worth taking a gamble on a flavor you’ve never tried.
